Distance Sales Agreement
Parties
Seller: Dijilla Road Assistance Ltd. Sti. - dijilla.com.tr. Buyer: The natural or legal person purchasing the service.
Subject Matter
This agreement covers the roadside assistance package services purchased by the Buyer through the Dijilla platform.
Service Fee
The annual fee determined according to the selected package applies. Payment is processed via 3D Secure through the Iyzico infrastructure.
Service Commencement
The service begins upon payment confirmation. The agreement term is 1 year. Automatic renewal does not occur upon expiry.
Cancellation and Refund
A full refund is issued for cancellation requests submitted before the service begins. After the service has commenced, refunds are processed after deducting the cost of services already used. For details, please refer to the /cancellation-and-refund-policy page.
Disputes
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Izmir courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
